chicken- $2.59
broccoli- $1.27
All you have to do is follow the rice directions: (add two cups of water, 2 tablespoons of butter or marg, and the contents of the bag in a medium size pot, bring it to a boil then lower heat to a simmer and cover the pot-simmer for 7 minutes), open the can of chicken and use a fork to break the meat apart into streads, stir the meat into the cooked rice and simmer for one minute, and steam broc and butter in the microwave for 3 minutes (you can add it in the rice and chix or serve it separate!) The broccoli can cook in the microwave while you are cooking the rice, so all in all you cook the entire meal in 8 minutes!!!! And it is sooooo good!
Makes 4 servings(just double for 8 servings)! ENJOY!
